3. click on the top menu and select "settings"

5. select "download your information" and click on "view"
6. choose your preferred data range, format and media quality

includes the list of your friends. plus all of your received and rejected friend requests and even your removed friends. you can find an address book with all of your friends e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers. lost a number? lucky you! now you have them all back! if you gave permission to facebook to protocol your calls and messages of your mobile phone, you will find a list with the exact dates when you called someone, who you have called and for how long you talked to that person. the same with your messages.

facebook added a lot of ad interests to your profile, based on your social media behavior. here you can find a funny list of actors, music genres, random things, political parties etc. based on this list facebook shows you the "perfect" advertisement for you and protocols all of your interactions with it. even when you are just annoyed by them and you keep closing them. there is also a list of advertisers who run ads using your contact info you shared with them or with one of their data partners.
